What's new

This page summarises what changes for you in day-to-day use with each version. The newest version is at the top. You will find your current version number in the application under Einstellungen.

Not every change is visible to everyone: what you actually find depends on your role and the licensed modules.

1 October 2026

A patch on top of 5.0.8: employees can once again add their own Auftragszeiten in Tageszeiten.

  • Adding Auftragszeiten. In Tageszeiten, Hinzufügen in the Auftragszeiten section opens the dialog again. You can once more add, open and delete your own Auftragszeiten there.
30 September 2026

A patch on top of 5.0.7: the Unterbrechung button follows your company’s setup, and the Abteilungsleitung can be set in the Abteilung dialog and is kept when saving.

  • Setting the Abteilungsleitung. In the Abteilung dialog, the Mitglieder tab has a Leitung column. Ticking it makes a member the head of the Abteilung.
  • Unterbrechung in the navigation bar. The Unterbrechung button now only appears when your company has set up an Unterbrechung, and it shows the symbol chosen there — pause, coffee or cigarette.
  • Abteilungen. Saving an Abteilung keeps the Leitung of its members.
  • Changing the Abteilung. When you assign a different Abteilung in the Mitarbeiter dialog, the Leitung of the previous Abteilung is not carried over. Set the Leitung of the new Abteilung in its Mitglieder tab.
  • Check your Abteilungsleitungen. If an Abteilung was saved in the web interface in an earlier version, the Leitung of a member may have been removed in the process. One sign is that absence requests can no longer be approved. In that case, set the Leitung again in the Mitglieder tab. If the head of an Abteilung was assigned a different Abteilung in the Mitarbeiter dialog, also check the Leitung column of the new Abteilung.
24 September 2026

A patch on top of 5.0.6: the application starts more reliably, and evaluations, Schichtplanung and several dialogs stay usable when data temporarily cannot be loaded.

  • Starting the application. The application starts reliably, including in browsers where it has not been opened for a long time.
  • Monatsauswertung, Tagesauswertung and Auftragsauswertung. If data temporarily cannot be loaded, the screens stay usable instead of showing an error message. The same applies to the dialog for recording an absence.
  • Tageszeiten. Without permission to create an Auftragszeit, adding one now shows a notice instead of stopping the application with an error message.
  • Schichtplanung. If data temporarily cannot be loaded, the screen stays usable instead of showing an error message. The same applies to the dialog for assigning Tagespläne and to the Tageskonfiguration überschreiben dialog.
21 September 2026

A patch on top of 5.0.5 for the Verwaltung: reports follow the Industrieminuten setting, and the Fehlerhafte Zeiten list no longer counts the break as overtime.

  • Reports. Daily, monthly and order reports show times in the format you chose under Einstellungen — with Industrieminuten switched on, that means 2.50 instead of 02:30.
  • Fehlerhafte Zeiten. For entries of class Mehrarbeit, the Minuten column now shows only the overtime that was actually not evaluated; the break deduction is no longer included.
17 September 2026

A patch on top of 5.0.4 for the Verwaltung: administrators can edit Personalzeiten again, regardless of whether employees may correct their own times.

  • Tagesauswertung. Administrators can once again save and delete Personalzeiten in the editing dialog, even when correcting Personalzeiten is switched off for employees.
15 September 2026

A patch on top of 5.0.3 for the Tageszeiten: bookings and interruptions now show up there straight away, even before the day has been recalculated.

  • Tageszeiten. Newly recorded or changed bookings and interruptions appear in the day’s timeline and overview right away — even while the day has not yet been recalculated.
9 September 2026

A patch on top of 5.0.2 around Korrekturen and Umbuchungen in the Mitarbeiterauswertung: amounts can now be entered the way you write them, and Urlaub is kept in days everywhere the Urlaubskonto is involved.

  • Mitarbeiterauswertung. Korrektur and Umbuchung now also accept the amount as hours:minutes: 1:45 and 1,75 produce the same value, and the display follows your Normalstunden / Industrieminuten setting. The Urlaubskonto correction stays a figure in days.
  • Mitarbeiterauswertung. Korrektur and Nachkorrektur now accept decimals written with either a comma or a dot — “1,5” and “1.5” produce the same value.
  • Mitarbeiterauswertung. After a Korrektur or Umbuchung the monthly result is recalculated automatically again; the new figures appear in the overview without a further click.
  • Mitarbeiterauswertung. Umbuchungen that involve the Urlaubskonto are recorded in days throughout, and shown in days in the list of Umbuchungen as well — including when the Urlaub is the source of the Umbuchung.
  • Kalender. The summary shown when you hover a day that holds several entries now reproduces the Fehlzeitenschlüssel and the Mitarbeiter unchanged — including when the label contains special characters.
  • Check older Korrekturen. A correction amount entered with a comma could be taken over too high in earlier versions. Where relevant, review the Monatsumbuchungen of the months concerned — an incorrect entry can be deleted and recorded again.
  • Check older Urlaub transfers. Where Urlaub was booked through an Umbuchungsschlüssel, the amount could be taken over as time rather than as days in earlier versions. Where relevant, review the Monatsumbuchungen of the months concerned.
  • Zeitkonto and Urlaubskonto cannot be transferred into one another. An Umbuchungsschlüssel that connects the two cannot be booked — hours and days of leave are different quantities. The dialog says so as soon as such a Schlüssel is selected.
8 September 2026

A patch on top of 5.0.1 that concerns the Tagesbericht only: the printout again contains every column.

  • Tagesbericht. The PDF again contains the Kommt and Geht times per day, and the target account’s time in the Umbuchungen.
8 September 2026

A patch on top of 5.0.0: a new yearly overview of absences, considerably better filters in the Auswertung screens, and an updated runtime.

  • Fehlzeiten year overview. Every absence of a year per person at a glance — filterable by Abteilung, person and absence type, and exportable as a CSV file.
  • Auftragsauswertung. Search, preselection of individual employees, and per-column filters. The evaluation can now also be produced for a single person and printed in that form.
  • Mitarbeiterauswertung. You can narrow down to individual people before calculating, instead of always calculating the entire set.
  • Searchable selection fields narrow the list of matches more reliably as you type.
  • Help straight from the screen. More screens now point to their matching section in this manual instead of to the start page.
  • Updated runtime. The application runs on the current long-term support version of the Microsoft platform — including the corresponding security and stability updates.
  • The CSV export is available again in read-only tables.
  • Umlauts in the Fehlzeitenkalender’s messages are rendered correctly.
31 August 2026

The largest update so far. Areas that used to be available only in the Windows program — Stammdaten, Konfiguration, reports and the DATEV export — can now be worked on in the web interface. On top of that come a rebuilt Fehlzeitenkalender, the Kontoverlauf and consistently reworked tables.

  • Stammdaten in the web interface. Mitarbeiter and Abteilungen, Tagesplan, Wochenplan, Pausengruppe and Zulagen, Lohnarten and Umbuchungsschlüssel, Aufträge and Buchungsgründe as well as Fehlzeitenschlüssel and Fehlzeitenregeln are now maintained here.
  • Konfiguration. Every system setting in one place, grouped by topic and searchable.
  • Lizenzübersicht. Shows the licensed modules and how many of the licensed seats are in use.
  • Fehlzeitenkalender as a continuous timeline. The calendar no longer stops at the end of the month: periods can be dragged across month boundaries, extended afterwards and removed again. Requests submitted by employees appear in the same grid and are decided there. A separate print view is available for posting on a notice board.
  • Kontoverlauf. Makes it traceable how an account — Gleitzeit, Urlaub, Mehrarbeit — arrived at its balance, month by month.
  • Auftragszeiten. Order-related times can be recorded and corrected entirely in the web interface.
  • Reports. Daily, monthly and order reports can be printed straight from the application. If you need your own layouts, you design them in the included report designer.
  • DATEV export. The handover to DATEV Lohn und Gehalt and LODAS now happens from the web interface, including the corresponding profiles.
  • Feiertagsgenerator. Generates a year’s public holidays for Germany, Austria and Switzerland — including the regional differences per federal state or canton.
  • Quick search. Ctrl + K opens a search across every screen and every Stammdaten record: type, pick, and you are there.
  • Times as Industrieminuten. Under Einstellungen you can switch between hours and minutes (02:30) and Industrieminuten (2.50). The choice applies to every view, entry, evaluation and printout, and is stored per user.
  • Archiving instead of deleting. Stammdaten that are no longer needed but still appear in past evaluations can be archived and reactivated later.
  • Help straight from the screen. Every screen carries a question mark next to its title that opens the matching section of this manual.
  • New navigation. Stammdaten, Verwaltung and Administration are grouped into clear areas; the items needed daily stay directly in the menu.
  • Tables reworked throughout. Search, sorting and per-column filters now work the same way in every screen; large data volumes are loaded page by page instead of all at once. CSV export is available everywhere.
  • Searchable selection fields. Longer lists — Abteilungen, Mitarbeiter or Aufträge, for instance — can be narrowed down by typing. Free text is no longer accepted where a selection is expected, which prevents entries that cannot be matched to anything later.
  • Clearer messages when saving. Mandatory fields are marked, invalid fields are named individually, and if a save is impossible for other reasons an explanatory message appears instead of a generic one.
  • Guidance when deleting. If a record cannot be deleted because it is still in use, the message says why.
  • Warning when reopening a Monatsabschluss. Because this also reopens every later month, the application says so beforehand.
  • Tagesübersicht reworked. A day’s timeline is built faster and follows the configured time format — as do the printouts.
  • Access and visibility rules unified. Every screen evaluates role, department membership and licence by the same rules.
  • Noticeably faster page loads in the large lists.
  • Leave requests from the employee view reliably reach the planning screen.
  • Zulagen are evaluated within the correct time window.
  • Break times are displayed and entered consistently in minutes; the mandatory field Beschreibung is marked as such.
  • After an update, an outdated build cached in the browser is detected and refreshed more reliably.
  • Clear the browser cache once after the update if the application does not start or shows outdated views. On mobile devices, closing and reopening the app is usually enough.
  • What you see still depends on role and licence. New menu entries that are missing for you are usually not enabled — your administrators can check this.

Screenshots are taken from a test tenant and show sample data. Your interface may differ depending on role, licence and configuration.
