The reverse perspective: not “What did this person do?”, but “Who booked how much time to THIS order?”. One row per booking, grouped by day with a daily total and a grand total — for project and order controlling.

Select the Auftrag first

Without an order selected, a grey veil lies over the screen: „Bitte wählen Sie einen Auftrag aus”.

Three filters:

• Auftrag — mandatory.
• Mitarbeiter — optional, defaults to Alle Mitarbeiter. Only employees who have actually booked to this order are offered; the list is searchable. Use the ✕ to go back to all of them.
• Monat — optional. Use the ✕ to clear it and see the entire history of the order. That is the default setting.

The Mitarbeiter filter affects everything: the list, the daily totals, the grand total and the reports. That answers the question “How much time did this one person book to this order?” — for a query, a re-charge, or a one-to-one.

The filter resets when you switch

If you switch the Auftrag or the month and the selected employee did not book there, the filter resets itself to Alle Mitarbeiter. This is deliberate — otherwise you would face an empty table without knowing why.

The selection is linkable

The Auftrag, the employee and the month are held in the address bar (?auftrag=…&id=…&date=…), so you can copy and share the link to a particular evaluation — the recipient lands on the same selection. The selection also survives switching between the evaluation tabs; the employee is shared across all of them, so you can jump straight from here into the Mitarbeiterauswertung or Monatsauswertung for the same person.

For a frozen snapshot to send on, use the Auftragsübersicht as a PDF.

The columns

Column	Meaning
Mitarbeiter	Who made the booking.
Start	Start (time of day).
Ende	End (time of day).
Dauer	Duration of the booking, as h:mm.
Bemerkung	Free text.

Grouped by day, with the daily total in the group heading (Tag: … Σ 7:30 h). The footer shows the total of the visible entries under Gesamt.

The column, the group heading and the footer all calculate in h:mm, so the totals match the individual rows.

Reports

This screen calculates nothing — it only reads. That is why there is no Berechnen button.

Both reports follow the Mitarbeiter filter: on Alle Mitarbeiter the PDF covers the whole order; with a person selected it contains only their bookings. The file name includes them, so several printouts do not overwrite each other — Auftrag_4711_Mustermann_Erika_2026-09.pdf.

If there is nothing available, the system reports „Für die Auswahl wurden keine Daten gefunden.”

Correcting bookings

The context menu offers Bearbeiten, Löschen and — in the empty area — Hinzufügen. It opens the same dialog as the Auftragszeiten screen, including the three modes Endzeitpunkt, Dauer and Anteil Personalzeit.

After the dialog is closed, the list reloads automatically.
